EPMS Interfaces/Connection Tools
Over the years EPMS has developed a wide range of communication interfaces to various third party applications. These applications include common retail Accounting Package, E-Commerce front end systems developed by one or more of our Business Partners, and a generic Paper Import Utility that can be used with Paper Suppliers.
By employing any one of our interfaces, companies can utilize and communicate with applications that fall outside of EPMS product lines, thus minimizing human interaction and manual data entry, all of which translates to fewer mistakes and higher productivity. All EPMS developed interfaces are supported by EPMS.

Business Works Accounting Interface
Those EPMS customers who use the Business Works Accounting software package to manage their financials can purchase our BW Interface to simplify their work flow and help eliminate human errors.
In order to use this interface, the Invoicing Module as part of the Enterprise 32 Suite is required. With all three programs in place (Enterprise 32 Invoicing, BW Interface, and Business Works Accounting software), and the required setup completed, the communication between each of the systems can be executed by the click a few buttons.

Peachtree Accounting Interface

EPMS Connect
The EPMS Connect module is a web service that gives Enterprise 32 users a method of connecting to other systems, such as a third party online ordering system, and pass orders directly from that system into the Enterprise 32 System automatically.
It will also provide a way for an online user to retrieve information from the Enterprise 32 System, such as job status, shipping info, and status of an inventory item.

Print Talk Interface
Print Talk Interface was developed by EPMS, to specifically allow communication between Enterprise 32 and the Printable’s "e-Business" platform. With this interface, a company's customers will have the ability to place orders online via Printable, and then those orders can be transferred to Enterprise via the interface. This is accomplished through the use of files created in a “JDF” format. “JDF” stands for “Job Definition Format,” a format that is a printing industry standard for communicating between systems.

EPMS Paper Import Utility
EPMS has developed a generic Paper Import Utility that provides the ability to import paper vendors' information such as pricing, directly into the Enterprise 32 Database via this utility. Upon purchasing of this utility, EPMS will provide a standard import file template. This template can then be presented to the paper vendor requesting an importable file based on a predefined template format. Once the vendor provides the appropriate file, then with the click of a few buttons, paper information will be quickly updated to the database with no need of manual data entry.

Starship Interface
The EPMS Starship Interface is a pre-packaged ODBC Connection and configuration file developed to communicate directly with the Starship application developed by V-Technologies, LLC.
Starship Interface allows users to communicate shipping data for any shipment that has been entered into the Enterprise 32 database via Shipping Module to and from the Starship application, and the shipping provider. Starship retrieves this detail seamlessly on a shipment by shipment basis by referencing Enterprise 32 unique "PackageID" field.

Four51 Interface
Four51 Interface provides users of the Four51 Online Ordering System with the ability to transfer job details via a specific XML file format that has been deposited in a hot folder that the EPMS Four51 Interface monitors.
