.NET Order Entry

Companies that provide easy-to-use on-line order entry portals for their customers will be able to establish and maintain strong competitive positions while at the same time offering value added services to those customers. Enterprise .Net Order Entry is a browser based e-commerce module that will effectively handle the catalog type orders that are so well suited to processing from a web site. Fully integrated with the Enterprise 32 system this module is perfect for the business card, letterhead, envelope, and simple brochure orders that can come in at a fairly rapid pace.

.NET Finished Goods

The Enterprise .NET Finished Goods module allows the printer’s clients to place orders for Inventoried items, specify delivery address and track shipments. Credit card payments may be made. The Enterprise owner has the option of allowing the inventory status to be seen online by the customer as well as attaching thumbnail views to the items. Orders flow to the Enterprise Order Entry module requiring only the printing of picking slips and completion of the shipping process to be handled. Inventory entries are automatic with the transactions.

  1. Select whether a Sales rep or CSR receives a confirming email when an order has been entered
  2. Order multiple items on one order with individual items shipping to different locations
  3. Allow Third party shipping account information to be included
  4. Shopping cart use which persists over multiple sessions
  5. If a credit card entry has an error or is rejected the order is placed on hold in Enterprise

.NET RFQ/RFO

The Enterprise RFQ/RFO module allows customers to request Quotes or enter Orders by entering specs by selecting from a controlled list of materials and Prepress and Postpress processes. Templates may also be provided for the customer to select from. Pricing is then made available on the web site for the customer to view and accept as well as converting to an order. This module is also extremely helpful when used by the printer’s sales reps to enter estimate specs while away from the printer’s plant.
