Partnerships - Survey Advantage:
EPMS has completed an integration with Survey Advantage, providing a link between the Enterprise database and Survey Advantage’s ASP site. The link offers a method of polling printing company clients about their levels of satisfaction with jobs, services and staff. Feedback pinpoints areas that need improvement, employee performance and a host of other user definable areas that help keep printing companies closer to their clients. It is an excellent tool to help with client retention, and very, very affordable. Check the link on our website for further information. EPMS is working on some other major integrations and will announce them as they become available.

EPMS Releases EPMS Connect:
We are pleased to announce the release of EPMS Connect, a web service application designed to facilitate connectivity between your Enterprise management system and outside applications. EPMS Connect facilitates the back and forth exchange of data between systems. Data such as order information or order status would be an example of the types of data that can be moved back and forth between Enterprise and an outside on-line order entry system. EPMS Connect would reside on your web server. This is an ideal application for any company that wants to connect Enterprise to other software applications in use.
Scheduling Module Enhancements:
EPMS has undertaken a complete overhaul of the current Scheduling module. We are working from a comprehensive specification as a roadmap, with the goal of creating a feature rich and graphical scheduling module. A first look at Phase I, the graphical scheduling screen was presented at our recent user conference. The design was well received by the attendees. Those who are using the scheduling module were extremely pleased to learn of the new developments with this particular module. More information will be available on the support site, as things progress. Phase I will be released in September.
Browser Based Data Collection Module:
EPMS will be releasing a browser based Data Collection module in September of 2008. The release will go to a select group of Beta Sites for full testing, and a general release will occur immediately following release from Beta status. This module is not meant to replace the Windows version of Data Collection. It is designed for companies who want the data collection unit on a browser, and will be particular useful in an all Mac environment.
Enhanced On-Line Request For Quote/Request For Order:
Some significant enhancements have been made to the browser based Request for Quote/Request for Order module. Among these is the ability to upload files. This module is ideal for companies who want their sales reps to be able to place a request, while at a remote location. RFQ/RFO can be used effectively by a rep while on site with a client. Data drops immediately into the Estimating/OE module, in either the Estimate list or the WIP list. RFQ/RFO is designed to be used by internal printing company staff and not by clients. In-plants may be the exception here. It permits entry of job detail beyond the limits which most companies like to have their clients go.
EPMS is working on some other major integrations and will announce them as they become available.
