Purchase Order "Line Items"

The Line Items window on the Purchase Order screen will list the items that will be included in the purchase order. Each item that will be purchased will be entered as a PO Line Item.

Purchasing Screen (PO Line Items Emphasized)

 To Add, Edit, Copy, or Delete a PO Line Item, click the appropriate button. Click Diary Notes to add a comment. Use the "Up/Down" arrow to conveniently move items up or down in the list.
